My background is in enterprise IT — mobile device management, networking, surveillance, and the unglamorous but critical work of managing thousands of devices across dozens of locations. That's where I learned to think in systems and build things that hold up at scale.

That same instinct is what led me to start building businesses of my own — first Buy Back Pros, then Herwitz Consulting — rather than keeping that expertise contained to a single employer.
